Who we are

FaceSwapVideo, Replace with your legal address before launch. Contact support@face-swap-video.com.

Photos and video

We store the video and photo you upload, and the finished video, so the generator can run and so you can download the result. Files are kept for 14 days after the video is ready, then deleted. Do not upload media you do not have permission to use.

Orders

An order record includes the options you chose, an optional email address, a payment reference, and a private link token. The token is the key to the order page. Anyone with that link can view the order.

Payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. Stripe receives the amount, a product name, and the email if you provided one.

Analytics

If a Google Analytics 4 measurement id is configured, the site loads Google’s tag to measure visits and checkout events. That tag may set cookies under Google’s own terms.

This browser

My orders stores order links in local storage on your device. Clearing site data removes that list. It does not delete the order.
